The Annual Meeting of the Council for Monastic Education and Buddhist University 2026 was held today.
The Chairman of the Council, His Eminence the Tsuglag Lopen, presided over the assembly and outlined the Council’s important objectives, aspirations, and priorities to be carried forward. Through his compassionate counsel and profound spiritual guidance, His Eminence blessed, encouraged, and inspired all members of the Sangha gathered for the occasion, touching their hearts with wisdom and benevolent guidance.
On this auspicious occasion, the Khenpos and heads of various Shedras, Buddhist institutes, and monastic educational institutions, distinguished for their learning and wisdom, gathered to deliberate extensively on important matters concerning the preservation and advancement of the sacred Dharma and Buddhist education. Through thoughtful discussions and meaningful deliberations, the assembly addressed various matters of significance and brought the proceedings to a fruitful and substantive conclusion.
